Scion FRS Front Lock Kit for Lexus IS Rear Rack

The original location of the steering rack in the Scion FRS, due to its boxer engine, is not very suitable for drifting. To overcome this, the steering rack has been relocated from under the front cross-member, allowing for compatibility with a variety of engines such as the boxer, I6V8, and others. The kit requires the use of a Lexus IS 1st generation (XE10 1998-2005) hydraulic steering rack to replace the original electric power steering. The kit includes a Lexus IS steering rack attachmentcross-member insert and cross-member supports, but modification to the cross-member will require some DIY cutting and welding.
